We provides three types of Contractual Support Packages for organisations:
Gold Support
It is a full support for your existing IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, software, and other networking equipment.
It also includes regular monthly reports, regular on-site visits for preventive maintenance and up to 1 hour
on-site response time should you have any IT problems non-resolvable via our remote support
Essential Support
This package is a slightly cut-down version of gold support. It does not include detailed monthly reporting,
has got twice less preventive on-site maintenance visits and longer on-site response time
Mix 'n Match
Mix ‘n Match is our special flexible package deal, where customer can pick their own level of service
they require from us. This deal is ideal for organisations with short budget for the IT support and for those who
would like only few features from our packages. |
